Project Overview

3P has been running Advantage RE’s digital ad campaigns since May 2022. Advantage RE is a realty team, under larger realty agency F.C.Tucker, buying and selling homes in southern Indiana. The company’s main selling point is their small, specialized team that offers personal care to every buyer and seller they work with while helping educate them on the market and process. Over almost a full year of partnership, we’ve helped Advantage promote their listings, reach potential home sellers, and create brand recognition for their company through their rebrand.

Project Execution

For a realty agency, finding home buyers is going to be priority number one. The great thing with digital marketing is the capability we have to identify and target these interested audiences.

YouTube was especially helpful here due to their extensive targeting options for Real Estate. We targeted users with Houses/Property for Sale, In Market for Properties, and Life Events such as Buying or Selling a Home.  

We created original graphics and videos for the campaign which spoke to the audience’s need for a new home with targeted messaging about speed and convenience. We then linked straight to the Advantage listings page on the F.C. Tucker website.

Helping Home Sellers 

A great marketing tactic that Advantage RE utilizes is their "Free Market Analysis" tool. The tool allows homeowners to punch in their home address to see what it's worth on the market. This is a great easy way to bring in leads on new homes to help sell.

We were able to help Advantage identify social media users who might be interested in getting their home evaluated. We were able to target by age, specific locations of potential homes, and then by home ownership status. Additionally, Facebook offers behavioral targeting options such as “Likely to Move” and “Recent Home Buyer.”

We helped them create new graphics for people looking to sell and others who may not have even considered what their home could be worth to try the tool and find out.

Company Rebrand

In January, Advantage RE went through a rebrand. Formerly, they had been called “The Aaron Advantage” and would be rebranding to “Advantage RE”. The Aaron Advantage had been a well-established brand in their market area, so they had to make sure that established brand loyalty would be transferred to the new brand as well as creating brand recognition with unfamiliar audiences.


Advantage RE has seen great success running their campaigns with 3P. We’ve been able to reach their target audiences with relevant messaging to help them buy and sell homes across their market.

Here are some quick stats on their campaigns:

395K impressions, 3.3K website visits

92K impressions, 57K accounts reached

84K complete views, 43% complete-view-rate


Additionally, the rebranding campaign has been effective so far. Since the rebrand and updated ad sets, their calls and inquiries have continued to increase in frequency. Advantage RE’s been able to retain their loyal customers and reach a whole new audience with this campaign.
